π
Show Dates:
• April 24, 2026 at 7:30 PM
• April 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM
β¨ Inspired in part by Hans Christian Andersen’s The Little Mermaid, Rusalka tells the haunting story of a water nymph who gives up her voice to become human in hopes of winning a prince’s love. But when her dream turns into heartbreak, betrayal, and tragedy follow.
One of the opera’s most unforgettable moments is the beautiful aria “Song to the Moon,” where Rusalka pours out her longing under the night sky. π
With themes of forbidden love and sacrifice, and music that will stay with you long after the curtain falls, Rusalka is a dark fairy tale filled with magic, longing, and emotion.
πΆ Performed in Czech with English supertitles.
β οΈ Please note: This performance is intended for an older audience—teens to adults will enjoy it most.
